WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE SANTA SKIVVIES RUN?
The online registration fee for runners is $45. You can register at the event; it is $55 for on-site registration.
WHAT DO I WEAR FOR THE SANTA SKIVVIES RUN?
Come stripped to your skivvies, speedos, skimpy bras, or other red under gear. Or, wear your favorite festive creative costume.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CLOTHES WHILE I RUN?
We’ll have a gear check station when you check in. Drop off your clothes or jackets at the gear holding area, and reclaim them at the block party at the finish line.
WHAT IS THE ROUTE?
The route will start and end in the Castro.
WHAT TIME DOES THE RUN START?
The run begins at 11am. Yes, we are starting later this year to give you a little longer to snooze!

The route is approximately 1 mile.

IS IT EASY TO FUNDRAISE?
Yes, once you make that all important ask, you’ll be surprised by the generosity of your network! Funds that participants raise provide much-needed funding for San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s free HIV screening, prevention and support services. When you register, we’ll set you up with your own personal fundraising page and access to the online fundraising tools that will make it so easy to support the cause! Start by creating a fundraising goal when you register of at least $250.
WHO IS PRODUCING THIS EVENT AND WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
Santa Skivvies Run is produced by San Francisco AIDS Foundation. The money raised for the event will enable San Francisco AIDS Foundation to continue to provide its free HIV testing, prevention and support services throughout the community. HOW WILL I RAISE FUNDS IN ORDER TO REACH MY GOAL?
Once your friends and family find out about your commitment to the cause, you’ll find that fundraising is easier than you think. But, it doesn’t happen unless you ask people for their support. If you have a personal story or connection to the cause or organization, share it with your network!
Your Participant Center contains a number of tools that will help you reach out to your contacts. Customizable email and social media templates allow you to reach out to potential donors in just a few steps. Your personalized participant homepage allows you to track your donations online.
ARE THERE FUNDRAISING AWARDS?
Ho ho ho, yes! You’ll earn special prizes for reaching designated fundraising milestones of $100, $250, $500 and $1000.
HOW DO I BUILD A HOMEPAGE TO HELP ME FUNDRAISE?
Go to your fundraising page and follow the easy instructions. You can upload a picture, send emails and create a personal message. Your friends and family can also donate to your account through your homepage.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL FUNDRAISING GOAL?
Once you login to the Participant Center, go to the "modify your personal fundraising goal" button. Enter your new goal and submit the change by selecting the "update fundraising goal" button.
